It would be completely implausible for Bioware to create a DLC only for the sake of the Lavellan/Solas romance. However, just by the ending of Inquisition alone, and due to the fact that the Solas romance never actually was concluded, it's safe to say that we haven't seen the last of Solas. However, once the developers release any DLC and/or patch up any bugs, I will roll another Lavellan and romance Solas once again for my official canon run.
